Exceptional service and amazing staff, probably the best dentist I’ve seen! My appointments are always on time and the best thing is very little pain afterwards!
I admit I am a big chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. The staff are amazing and understanding of my phobia of dentists. They explain what they’re doing and ask if I’m ok or need a break. Amazing
Unfortunately, my experience at this dental office has not been positive. Krystin at reception seems to have difficulty coordinating with insurance, which has led to some unexpected billing issues. Appointments have also been booked earlier than my usual cleaning interval, resulting in surprise charges. Communication is a bit excessive — several reminder emails and texts come weeks in advance, followed by multiple requests to confirm attendance.
