Terrible customer service. I went with this dental office because they told me they accepted Delta Dental PPO only. Once I arrived at the office, Juan, the office boy, was rude from the very first interaction. I told them I wanted to do Ortho for Invisalign. After doing my exam, they told me that nothing was going to be covered.....they had pulled the wrong insurance information, and then Juan was rude about being wrong on that.
