I reached out to Smile Central Oregon to be seen after having an unfortunate experience elsewhere. I explained that I wanted my braces removed given that I was in a significant amount of pain over 9 months, have pokey wires every 3 weeks, bracket doors continuously popping open, have significant difficulty eating, speaking, and an overall terrible experience.
