Horrible service. I only went once, and I had another appointment scheduled for December 15. Two days before that appointment, they called to cancel because the staff member lost my paperwork for my expander. She said she forgot about it because she went on vacation. I have called many times since then to ask when my next appointment will be, and no one has answered or followed up even once. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
