My experience at this dental office was absolutely appalling. None of the staff spoke English, and they were consistently rude and unprofessional. They appeared to be reusing rusty tools—a serious health hazard—and used dry, non-sterilized tissues to clean equipment. This dental office was a complete disaster. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and none of them spoke English. They reused rusty tools and cleaned equipment with dry tissues, which was horrifying.
