I've been coming to Dr. Pinzon for years now and I have never had a dentist like her. She listens, sympathetic, and HONEST. This woman runs the office, from the front end to the back end. She answers the phone, makes her appointments, send files, the whole nine. I have never called any medical or dental setting and got to speak directly to the doctor, no middle man. I LOVE THAT! And it's clean in her office. The best dentist, hands down!
Kind, gentle, great chairside manner, caring, clean, thorough... Dr. Sandra has been taking care of my family for over 6 years now. My daughter was scared of dentists as a child until we started going to Dr. Sandra. Very happy with her, her services and staff. Highly recommended.
Forgetting to cancel appointments because life gets in the way. Apparently after 2 or 3 they don't let you be seen there anymore.
Dr. Pinzon is a great dentist very sweet and she knows what she’s doing. Her secretaries are always absolutely atrocious. Forgetting to cancel appointment or even call to remind about appointments then have the audacity to try and charge a $50 cancellation fee.
Wonderful staff and amazing dentist. She's very sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Procedures go smoothly without pain an discomfort. I recommend her 110%
