EXCELLENT STAFF & DENTISTS
Yesterday we had our first visit with Smile Castle and I was very pleased with how it went. I love that office has engaging toys for kids while they have to wait and the music choice is very Disney kid friendly. I like that they give out a dental report card.
The staff is very helpful and always on time. They are very gentle and the entire atmosphere is so child friendly. I have never been disappointed.
I was actually satisfied with my visit for my 4 yearold for her annual clean and very pleased with the doctor and assistant with communication and educational. I was dissatisfied with being miss-informed on my oldest child who 20 years old with a disability. I asked to schedule her follow-up since she hasn’t been back since her last visit the receptionist proceeded to inform me that they don’t see patients pass 16 years old.
