I have no problem with the dentist and hygienists but their policies really stink up the joint. Just because insurance declined a certain procedure, they decided to charge me full retail price (about three times of what insurance would have paid) Guess if I will be back !!
Always a good experience going to this dentist office! Been going here for a while now. Staff is friendly and they are very knowledgeable.

Both Dr. Chaney and Ms. Donna are so thoughtful and diligent. They both take their time and truly give you the care you’re looking for each dental appointment. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in the Harrisburg/Charlotte, NC area! Thank you Smile Cabarrus for giving me confidence in my smile!
