God bless Smile by Design. Dr. Shen and Dr. Wei plus the entire staff are thoughtful and very compassionate. They are understanding plus very sweet and kind. I was afraid when I had my first appointment here because I had a bad experience with another dentist. The whole staff goes out of their way to check up on you and really take care of you. I was a little nervous about it because I haven't gone to the dentist in a little while The whole process went a lot better than I anticipated. Super Friendly staff, I can tell the people who work there really care about what they're doing. I will certainly be a returning customer for my next cleaning.
Absolute lifesavers! 🫶 I came in with a Friday evening emergency right before closing, and they took care of me right away. Laila Watts was super professional, fast, and wonderfully kind. Truly the best experience!
Dr Wei was truly the best. He went over options with me for tooth extraction and walked me through pain expectations. I can honestly say I was very nervous and this extraction was easy. I would highly recommend him. I saw my cracked tooth that he removed and it was nasty. Thank you Dr. Wei and team!
