After finally finding the courage to go to a new dentist and getting their feedback on my experience at smile, I feel compelled to leave this review. I had the most horrific dental cleaning experience last October here. I was in excruciating pain and sobbing the majority of the appointment. Eventually a topical numbing was offered.. but I was still in a lot of pain and almost walked out. Dr. Joe is great! I had a lot of work that needed to be and a couple of unexpected procedures along the way-- Dr. Joe was always very available and did what he can to reduce costs and prolong the longevity of my teeth. He was very flexible in working with my timeline, budget, and schedule. Ryan, the front desk staff, was always super thorough in cost transparency and a great assistant to make each visit a breeze. 10/10 would recommend as a primary dentist.
I am 64 years old and have been encouraged to have my two wisdom teeth removed by multiple dentists. Being a staunch dental coward, I kept putting it off for 30 years. My husband started going to Dr. Joe and recommended him to me. I decided to give him a try and leave my normal dentist of 3 years, and I’m SO glad I did! Nancy cleaned my teeth so well. I haven’t had that sparkling clean feeling in years. I could tell a huge difference from my previous cleanings. She was so informative, kind, and professional. Dr. Joe was a delight, and Ryan was very helpful. I’m definitely glad that I made the switch. I feel like my teeth are in much better hands now.
