The lady at the farthest chair completely messed up my eyebrows. She literally took out hair at the front and left a visible dent. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing, she tried to say “your hair fell off there.” No… you removed it. No accountability, no effort to fix it, nothing. I’ve been here before years ago and had a good experience with a different woman, but after this, I will never come back.
One of the mid aged women that works that or the chubbier side waxed my eye brow and ruined it and kept making it worst by threading it. She did not inform me right away she ruined my eye brow. She continued the service then said is it ok. I couldn’t believe it. It felt like it was on purpose because I usually don’t request her and leave if the owner wasn’t there. But she didn’t apologize nor anything said it grows back in a month. It still hasn’t.
The moment I sat down the lady didn't even ask me wax or thread. I always gets wax but because she already proceed with threading I just went with it. Then I start feeling her threading really fast and hard. She was pinching my skin but I thought it was really painful bc I am not used too threading. She was then done and I felt burning all under my eyebrows. Which is when I realized she had cut my skin. For like 20 mins, that area was stingy and red.

They claim they open at 10 but I was there since 9:28am today , exactly 10am I called no answer , 10:15am store still closed ,10:28am I called and the owner claimed is opened while I’m standing right in front of the store that’s closed . Please you’re doing business try to be professional and punctual it counts a lot . Also I did my eyelashes, 2 days time, my right lashes all came off so I was going there for them to fix that one but to no avail . This’s from a honest customer no jokes
