They cancelled my son’s appointment 1 hour before due to their dogs having issues? I agreed to the next appointment, not looking at the calendar close enough, so I had to reschedule the 2nd time. This time around my son has pink eye and they are dismissing him as a patient. Christie, or whoever the receptionist is, needs to learn some personable skills because she made a joke it would be a $40 fee to reschedule. Very disappointed with receptions communication skills. Never had a problem till now. Felt like I wasn’t allowed to ask questions without being told they will cancel my appointment because of “bad relations.” There has never been any bad relations until today when I asked questions and told them I’ll think about keeping my appointment due to poor customer service. I gave 2 stars because the hygienist and Dr Amanda Stough are amazing. They are only reason I’m going to my last appointment.

My first visit was very pleasant As the assistant Amy is a very nice and friendly lady, I did think having dogs in a business was a little strange however did not bother me too much.. they sent me to a specialist to get a root canal, The Specialist told me I had 30 days to get the permanent filling and crown put on or I could lose my tooth, they told me that wasn't true and scheduled Me 3 weeks out then they rescheduled me cuz they have a problem with their doctor who has MS which I was very understanding, however a month la... read more

The care here is amazing!! They take their time and give gentle care. Unlike most dentist offices I’ve been to they make sure you happy with the work they do. I would highly recommend them!
