집과 가까워서 이 자동차 수리점을 이용하기 시작했지만, 예상보다 요금이 비쌌습니다. 몇 번은 그냥 넘어갔지만, 오늘은 과도한 요금을 청구당하고 사기를 당해 너무 화가 나서 처음으로 리뷰를 남깁니다. 이곳을 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 가까운 곳이라는 이유로 가지 마세요. 대신 팔리세이즈 파크에 있는 다른 수리점을 이용하는 것을 추천합니다. I started using this auto repair shop because it was close to my home, but they charge more than expected. I let it slide a couple of times, but today, I was overcharged and scammed, which made me so angry that I’m leaving a review for the first time. I strongly do not recommend this place. Do not go just because it’s nearby. I recommend other repair shops in Palisades Park instead.

Their customers always make illigal u-turn , sudden stop then double parked on the street causing incoming cars had to avoid them by changing lane and possibly causing accident anytime soon, and I have witnessed everytime I pass by this location.

I took my BMW X5 to Smiles Auto because of a known engine oil leak, but the issue was mishandled, leading to even more problems. After supposedly repairing the car, the engine started making strange noises, eventually resulting in a broken camshaft—an unusual failure since that part typically requires significant pressure and torque to break.
