I have been going to Dr. Balaban for over 20 years. He listens and understands the anxiety/pain/cost that comes with dental procedures. He does everything to make you feel comfortable during the entire experience. His staff is always professional. They care about what they do and the patient's experience.
Highly efficient and effective dental yreatment
Beautiful office, clean and inviting. Warm, friendly, caring staff. They explain everything and are very understanding. They even have a special accessible entrance near the blue parking spots if you need that like me. Absolutely recommend Smile Arts for any family member!
I’ve had a good experience with the doctor at Smiles Arts Dental — he is professional and provides quality treatment. However, the front desk/receptionist experience has consistently made us uncomfortable. We are always asked to pay fees before treatment, which is unusual and doesn’t feel patient-friendly , they l send aggressive reminders — including messages warning about collections and urging us to book appointments we haven’t even scheduled.
