I wish I could give 0 stars . The staff attitude is TERRIBLE! My spouse went in 2024 had his implants placed lower right broke after telling them it didn’t seat all the way and they shrugged him off now going three months into 2026 and he still doesn’t have his crown !! And he paid OUT OF POCKET for his implants and they have been rude and inconsiderate! They do not communicate with him or give him updates about his crown ! I’m trying to find the corporate office and report them ! This is ridiculous!
Out sourced from va dental clinic With serious problem. Heard from them a week later after talking to the dentist who was going to work me in. eating pain pills to get to a elder family problem out of state. gave 2 stars for atlest not calling but texting me.
A year or more later and life is more than fantastic. Thanks to a great team of dedicated and caring professionals.
The Smile Again staff was wonderful. I'm very happy with the whole process. I did not want to go through life taking my teeth out each night. I love the implants and they look great. So nice to be able to smile with confidence again. Thanks again S.A.D.I.C.
