Could not ask for a better experience! The entire staff is beyond amazing, and the care and support I have received has been nothing but stellar! I would Highly recommend using this office for your dental implant needs!
Years of GERD and a high hernia made my teeth a mess. Every time I’ve had one pulled it would break during the extraction and the pain would be unbearable. I had no issues with pain at Smile Again and I love my new smile. The staff was great and made me feel comfortable and at home. Anyone who is afraid of pain or ashamed of their smile,this is the perfect place to come. It will change your life and your smile!
We arrived 10 minutes early for a 4 to 5 hour procedure. It's now 6 hours and counting. No idea what the delay is about. Sure would be nice if someone would update me on my husband's status.
I wish I could give 0 stars . The staff attitude is TERRIBLE! My spouse went in 2024 had his implants placed lower right broke after telling them it didn’t seat all the way and they shrugged him off now going three months into 2026 and he still doesn’t have his crown !! And he paid OUT OF POCKET for his implants and they have been rude and inconsiderate! They do not communicate with him or give him updates about his crown ! I’m trying to find the corporate office and report them ! This is ridiculous!
