We were so impressed with our initial experience. Have you ever been to a Doctor of any kind that did not ask your name and birthdate? That happened to my husband on his follow up visit. It got very confusing, our credit card was charged $18,000.00 when his treatment was only $12,000.00. They thought he was having a full upper mouth extraction when it was partial.
