I was a patient and loved the dentists - the staff was OK. I will never go back due to this provider's billing practices. When my insurance changed, I provided the updated info and they scheduled and proceeded with my regular dental appointments although they didn't accept my new insurance because they are out of network. Instead of informing me, they billed my family $500 and would not reconcile this to my satisfaction. BUYER BEWARE with this business.
The Dentist is amazing, the staff are as well. The office is extremely clean. Everything is done with care, so you aren't afraid or fearful of the next step in your treatment. I hope she stays around for a long time.
The staff there are very nice and professional. However, they are so dysfunctional and very disorganized.Every three months there's a new receptionist at the front desk. They do not keep track of your visits and the purpose behind it. And as for Dr. Leach, I would describe her dental work as average. What was so frustrating is that they would call the day of your scheduled appointment, apologizing as to why they have to cancel... unacceptable. This has happened to me on three occasions.
