I have been a patient for several years, and while appointments have occasionally run up to 10 minutes late, my most recent experience was particularly disappointing. I waited 40 minutes to be seen, and after 30 minutes it was discovered that the dentist was off sick, something that had not been communicated to the staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience, as I was late for work. That said, the staff remain friendly and helpful, which I appreciate.

Had a check up appointment with Murriam rennie what an inspiration it was . A lovely lady explained everything in detail to me. Very caring and reassuring. The best dentist ive seen here for a very long time.
