My first appointment at this location. The front desk person, Lauri, was lovely! She is a model for customer service. I overheard her tell an elderly patient who missed his appointment by 40 minutes because he mistook the time (and was clearly disappointed) “don’t worry, this will not be a bad day because of this, we will get you in!” How impressive and compassionate! 👏🏽 lastly, Dr. Yue is fantastic, thorough and appreciate her bedside manner
East knee x-ray but receptionists (Jill Thompson) were welcoming, friendly and fun!
Except for the long wait, the people and services they provided were exceptional. They did a really good job making me feel comfortable. They did a good hob explaining each test and seemed knowledgeable in their field
Excellent service and assistance. Friendly staff. Impressive as always.
Very clean and friendly. I will definitely go back again as needed.
