Very helpful staff. They did their best straightening out a confusing request from the ordering physician's office, hopefully preventing billing issues.
I've had my fair share of MRIs over the years, and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. From check-in to the scan itself, the whole process felt easy and stress-free. A huge thank you to LuLu and Michelle — they were both incredibly kind and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I had to make 3 visits recently and I can not tell you how impressed I was. From the booking of the appts. to the actual xray, bone density and MRI exams. The location is clean, the staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I recommend this location over any I have been to before.
Loved the staff everything went very smooth .
