I came in 15/12/24 around 9-10am when two teenage girls were on shift. I had gathered 3 items for a promotion that was advertised online and in store. I had then showed a photo of the promotion and was still charged extra. I hadn’t of said anything because you would think the staff especially after being shown an exact photo would know about their own sales. Friendly and helpful staff, the store has a great selection with a wide range of options. The prices are quite good for the quality. I usually pop into Smiggle for anything from small presents to the kids school supplies. I definitely recommend having a browse.
Not supportive at all
Please update your store hours. I just walked in with my two daughters because it says closes at 5:30 only to be told by the lady I had two minutes with them at 4:58 pm. Kind of annoying when I promised my daughter and afternoon to spend her Smiggle voucher
