Smiggle never disappoints with the staff quality they have. This was my second Smiggle outlet in Australia. Jemma and the other staff (I can't recollect the name) were so helpful. My 16 month old was well taken care at the store while I was shopping. I was also helped in choosing the products for different age groups which otherwise would have been challenging. 5 huge, full of love and appreciation STARS for Gemma!!! What a beautiful person and someone in the right job!!! Someone who knows what being humane is and a decent one at that! Granddaughter’s 6th birthday was Thursday 6th March (cyclone Alfred). Needless to say birthday was not all that fun 😭 No power from Saturday until Wednesday morning. wanted to exchange a new thing that was bought yesterday for a cheaper one, then they did not want to give the difference in money. then we said that we are returning the item. and then bought a cheaper one. the administrator, a woman with black hair, treats customers with disrespect. such a person should not be kept at work
Great customer service and the staff were so friendly and helpful!
just arrived at 4:31pm and the store is closed. The lady there refused to help us. Google says that the store is open until 6pm. Please change this to avoid people like ourselves driving all the way for nothing!
