Great customer service always
Very rude behaviour by staff. Not interested in taking the sale at all. The lady with glasses working on this date 9/4/25
Not often that I pop in here but everytime I do I am greeted by the most friendly staff who are always ready to assist if needed. The staff here are always positive and elevate the shopping experience. Store is very clean and floors are clear of stock making it easy to move around the store.
Excellent customer service. Even though the store was busy Billie's gone out of her way to help my seven years old having trouble with his Smart watch strap (bought yesterday from Werribee). She ended up replacing the watch without any fuss. We had fantastic customer service experience at the store. Thank you so much for your help Billie.
