Whoever worked last night Thursday 30/01/2025 had the worst customer service in store and over the phone. Prior to coming into the store I called and asked if you had an item in stock you said you couldn’t hear me which was odd as I could hear you perfectly fine so I moved to a different area in my house anyway, and you said you could hear me, I asked again do you have this item in stock, you repeated the exact same item back to me, meaning you could hear me perfectly fine, and said you’ll check. We purchased two lunchboxes from the Smiggle store at Eastland and specifically requested a gift receipt at the time of purchase. However, we forgot to take it at the end of the transaction. Shortly after, we returned to the store and asked for the gift receipt again. The staff member directed another colleague to handle it, but the second staff member simply said it couldn’t be done and asked us to wait.
