I've been shopping at smiggle bankstown for years because of suzanna (sorry if I spelt her name wrong). Suzanna's customer service and approach towards the customers is amazing and very professional, she knows how to sell and knows what the customers will like and she never fails in that sense. It's not just adults adore her it's the kids, when they see her it's like seeing gold. I will never shop anywhere else, Suzanna is an asset to smiggle!
I went in and experienced amazing customer service by the lovely Ivana. Even though the shop was busy she was polite, helpful and went way beyond expected
