Excellent construction company. They fixed an area if my roof where the breezeway roof and the main house come together at a 45. The original builder did not install tge area corecctly. Smigel openned the area up, figured out the problem with the area and fixed it. It has rained for almost 24 hours and no leak. Chris calls you ahead of time to keep your schedule up to date, and the 2 days they were here they were on time and worked steadily.
