How this place has the rating it does is beyond me. I’ve never encountered such a lack of quality from a local business. I rent through Berkshire, and unfortunately, this is the company they assigned to handle my carpet—and it’s been a nightmare. After contacting them about serious issues, such as fraying on the staircase, exposed tacks that pose a danger (especially with children), and areas where the subfloor is visible due to poorly cut carpet, they came out to “fix” it.
