Products seem good but their installers are awful. We purchased lvp and carpet for our entire home. The installers no call no showed on the day of installation and no one at the store could get ahold of them. They finally showed up the next day no apology. Once all was installed they never told us they were leaving or had us check. My house smelled of weed from them smoking inside the whole time. Overall good. We did have a scheduling snag. But we are very happy with our new flooring throughout house.
Never again. Go to Superior. Smiddys never finished the job & left. Go figure. Brown plumbing & "Billy" lied to us. This place sucks.
