. We hired Rogers Home Improvement for a high-cost bathroom renovation. They subcontracted the tile installation to Smitty’s. The tile and grout selections were made directly with the subcontractor’s owner at the outset. Five weeks later, we were told the materials were unavailable, immediately causing delays. Dan was helpful from the initial call for an appointment. We had used the online tool to visualize the new flooring. Dan was nice enough to being in samples of what we selected online and some other options. While we chose to go with a different product, my family could not be happier. Billy did an amazing job with the installation. Not only did he keep in contact the entire time with photos and updates, he followed up to ensure we were happy. I have been very pleased from start to finish. My home feels so much nicer with my new carpet. I had no idea how badly it was needed. The installers were great as was my sales person. I have a small carpeted dormer that’s visible from my second story. It never occurred to me to carpet it. The mismatch would have driven me crazy had the salesperson, Sean, not caught it. They were helpful with financing too and allowed me to bring home as many samples as I needed. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.
I was going to get flooring for my elderly mother who is 79 from here. The first time they went to her house I called to let them know my car did not start and I wouldn't make it. The second time my mom wasn't there and they failed to call ahead to notify her, but she was at an appt. The 3rd time they claim they were outside knocking for 10 minutes and when she got to the door they were gone and now they refuse to install.
