I have been very pleased from start to finish. My home feels so much nicer with my new carpet. I had no idea how badly it was needed. The installers were great as was my sales person. I have a small carpeted dormer that’s visible from my second story. It never occurred to me to carpet it. The mismatch would have driven me crazy had the salesperson, Sean, not caught it. They were helpful with financing too and allowed me to bring home as many samples as I needed. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.
I was going to get flooring for my elderly mother who is 79 from here. The first time they went to her house I called to let them know my car did not start and I wouldn't make it. The second time my mom wasn't there and they failed to call ahead to notify her, but she was at an appt. The 3rd time they claim they were outside knocking for 10 minutes and when she got to the door they were gone and now they refuse to install. Products seem good but their installers are awful. We purchased lvp and carpet for our entire home. The installers no call no showed on the day of installation and no one at the store could get ahold of them. They finally showed up the next day no apology. Once all was installed they never told us they were leaving or had us check. My house smelled of weed from them smoking inside the whole time. Overall good. We did have a scheduling snag. But we are very happy with our new flooring throughout house.
Never again. Go to Superior. Smiddys never finished the job & left. Go figure. Brown plumbing & "Billy" lied to us. This place sucks.
