I just went there today. I was shocked that they were so close to where I lived. Their customer service was excellent. They were super friendly and went out of their way to sell me the products I needed. Best quality in cold wraps and ice I have seen, and I have been using many other kinds for a long time. They loved our dog too. You will not get a better product or experience dealing with any other company. Five stars is not enough. Made in the USA.
I purchased the shoulder wrap at the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon. It is by far the best ice pack I have ever used! I did have a little problem with the stitching on the neck pack that I subsequently purchased. I called the customer service number and spoke with the production manager, Johnny. After having a partial knee replacement, my friend lent me her knee ice wrap. I could not believe how I could feel the cold through the thick surgical bandages as well the compression it provided to help decrease swelling. It provided pain relief and I was able to decrease the dosage of my pain meds. Being a physical therapist, I will definitely recommend these to my own patients and colleagues, as well as orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, and other healthcare providers to aid in the recovery of their post-op patients ... read more
