Very kind and professional
Couldn’t get through on the phone to correct an error in prescription. Even the pharmacy couldn’t get through. Had to go through an entirely different service to get a corrected prescription. On hold forever and the line just hangs up. Normally wouldn’t leave a review like this without trying to contact the company directly but literally cannot get through on the phone to mention it.
I was in and out within an hour. I was prescribed a steroid for back pain and every staff member was extremely nice. This was my first experience here and I was happy my sister in law suggested this urgent care.
