i had a terrible experience at the Waterboro walk in clinic and was dismissed pretty quickly and told to take some allergy meds for my viral infection. I went back three days later at the Waterboro location, asking what I could do explaining my situation to the very nice front desk lady she recommended me to come to SMHC WALK-IN It was only about a 15 minute drive from the Waterboro location As soon as I was admitted into an exam room the PAC In medical assistance were very helpful, They given me medication while I was here ... read more

Sat for over an hour for an appointment and had to leave cause apparently verifying an ear infection take over 1.5 hours, had to get my son ...worst walk in clinic I've ever been too by far.
I didn't use walk-in, I had a scheduled appointment with a provider. But when I do use the Walk-In the staff is pleasant, the office is well maintained. You do have to have an appointment though.
