From start to finish everything was great. Made an appt but there was no one waiting when I arrived. After check in, was called in within a couple minutes. All staff were fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and nice. Came in with cold symptoms (bronchitis). In and out of there within 25 minutes with prescriptions called into CVS. Even the prescriptions at CVS were ready when I arrived!!
Every person I encountered was kind, helpful, and supportive. From Peggy at the front desk, to the MAs, PA and x-ray tech, my needs were addressed, I did not feel rushed, and I felt that the care and adviceI got were all very good and helpful.
this walk in usually good but the PA COURTNEY SANTOS has 0 bedside manner or care for people. if you go and get her ask for someone else because she will not help and be rude , waste of time and money
