Why have a list posted of the order of patients when you fully ignore it and go in whatever order you want? Can’t help but feel racist as all the white patients get called before the black guy listed under #1. Reception worker is mousey and can’t say a simple declarative sentence. When asked why have the list if you don’t call it in order, she literally shrugged her shoulders. super professional thank you!!!
