Efficient, kind and great care.
Horrible. Always rescheduling every appointment. Biddeford and Sanford both. Always needing to see a different doctor or nurse. Won’t see your child if they even have a runny nose.”Covid recommendations”. Seriously??? Maine health pediatrics use to have amazing doctors. Now it’s just a disaster of horrible care. Do better.
This is probably the 5th time where I have called the Dr. for a "that" day sick visit and it takes MULTIPLE phone calls and "my chart" messages to get a phone call back 4 hrs later only to tell me that my son SHOULD be seen but we are closed now and you should go to urgent care.
If I could like a 0 star I would.
