I wanted to keep this private because of safety reasons but, ER, “Emergency Room”, EMERGENCY. I sat here in this waiting room for about 5 hours before I finally got seen. Since the start of me being here only 1 singular person has gone in. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Staff took concerns seriously, and gave referral to help for an unrelated issue to the visit.
I got placed in a hallway and a cleaner was very obviously staring at me the entire visit. The redeeming qualities was how nice the nursing staff was and the doctor. It was very weird to be charger $2,000 for an IV fluid bag, staying on a bed in the hallway and not even a room, and for taking one pill (antibiotic) with under 20 minutes of talking to medical staff in the 4-6 hours I was there. Worst place ever, called about my child being admitted and they hung up on me. Worst ED ever
Got hung up on while explaining my symptoms of a dental abscess and how I think the infection is getting serious.
