Dietary did not check the menu that we underlined for meals my wife likes. They picked the meals instead of checking what she likes. The nurses were okay. The Occupational Therapist Nadia was Excellent. Rosa was an excellent nurse and so was Julie. Some nurses only came into my wife’s room when she pressed the buzzer. The speech therapists did an excellent job helping my wife who has Aphasia.
Everything was First Class from beginning to end, very much satisfied!
I had a wonderful experience at SMH Rehab following my open heart surgery at SMH. While I had some rough challenges at first the staff was superb and provided me with great care and encouragement. I can’t wait to be a bit stronger so that I can go by and say a big THANK YOU to all the staff that took great care of me !!!!
Excellent physical therapy rehabilitation center with an outstanding staff! With a few exceptions, the employees are kind, compassionate, caring and devoted to patient care. Highly recommended for post surgical rehabilitation.
