Very bad experience with my 20 weeks pregnancy not friendly there all no explanation only couple words they need to get more professional people in there
I had a very positive experience with the front desk staff and the doctor were professional, kind, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the ultrasound technician, Anthony, was the opposite and left me feeling very uncomfortable. During my ultrasound, my baby was very active, and instead of showing patience, Anthony became visibly annoyed. At 24 weeks pregnant I woke up to bleeding. Tony did my ultrasound to check on the baby. Just days prior to that I found I have a placental clot so during the ultrasound I asked Tony if the clot could have been the cause of my bleeding. He seemed extremely annoyed that I’m asking questions and kept telling me to stop being “so hung up about the clot because the clot is not the issue here”… He kept repeating this over and over every time I mentioned my concern. Anthony the ultrasound technician and Dr. Matsumoto are both very kind and were informative and thorough through out our whole appointment. They have great bedside manner and answered all of our questions very clearly. Highly recommend!
Ultrasound tech was rude when asked questions about the images on the screen. We were curious about the ultrasound images of our unborn daughter and this apparently irritated the tech. The technician we had for our prior child was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were great and very friendly.
