My husband was suppose to get a port for his Chemo treatments. We were required to pay for this out of pocket and paid $3,215 out of our HSA account prior to the proceedure. In getting prepped for the procedure they discovered he was in afib so the port insert was cancelled. He was sent to the ER to get a ruling on the afib to get permission to move forward from a Cardiologist in order to get the port. I give them one star not because of their abilities but because it takes a very long time for them to answer your call so in the meantime you are subjected to absolutely annoying music that is on repeat! Endlessly! After 30 minutes I gave up! What really grinds my gears is I’ve been down there at times when their phones are ringing off the walls and five out five are sitting there visiting with each other until they see you staring at them.
