Just an overall bad experience to be honest. I ordered a good amount of stuff from Dalton Hale, being sold on the “our kits include every gasket, bolt, etc for install” Very quick responses before purchase, and after it would take multiple weeks and messages to get a response. I was told a time frame of each package, and went well over that time frame on everything, and then to not get multiple items is very discouraging. Such as me ordering custom parts, and my return dates being invalid on parts I shouldn’t have even received. Dalton was my sales rep. He’s extremely responsive when it comes to selling parts. When it comes to customer service he’s almost impossible to get in touch with and his accountability is non existent. I asked for a refund on parts that he did not tell me were on back order. He then told me I’d have to pay restocking fees (20%) on parts that were not even available. They then sent me the parts about a month later, in which I asked for a refund on a month prior.
