The doctors are amazing and helpful. Most of the medical staff is amazing but there's a nurse there who is super rude, makes appointments for you at unreasonable times, and doesn't listen. I got a call about an appointment today (July22) about and appointment on Thursday at 11a that I didnt make. I told the receptionist I didnt schedule it and asked why I needed it and she had the nurse on call me back at 4:51p and the nurse started the conversation with "So I heard you were frustrated about your appointment ". DO NOT use this place for your pregnancy! NEVER in my life have I had any doctors office call me within hours of my scheduled appointment and cancel my appointment. And this happened 3 times over the span of 3 months! They didn’t have a problem at all canceling on there end and thought it was absolutely fine and seemed to think I just don’t have a job and can reschedule to just come in later that same week.
