I chose Dr. Molina based on my previous experience during my last pregnancy, but my recent experience has been disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this office to ANYONE ! I would not recommend Morton Women’s Health for pregnancy care. The communication was very poor, and I rarely saw the same provider twice — it felt like no one was ever up to date on my situation. I only saw Dr. Molina once, and during that visit she made comments that left me feeling judged instead of supported. For example, she told me I looked very tan, and when I said thank you, she replied, “That’s not a good thing, are you wearing sunscreen?” She also asked if I had chosen a pediatrician (I was only 25 weeks pregnant a... read more
Dr Lauren Murphy obviously has no regard for patients time. I had 3 scheduled appts and was called day of, one being a hour before appt to reschedule. Told receptionist both times this was a serious matter i needed to be seen for but it was totally disregarded. I would like to know if my time can be compensated because if I cancelled day of I would surely be billed. I do not recommend this doctor. The doctors are amazing and helpful. Most of the medical staff is amazing but there's a nurse there who is super rude, makes appointments for you at unreasonable times, and doesn't listen. I got a call about an appointment today (July22) about and appointment on Thursday at 11a that I didnt make. I told the receptionist I didnt schedule it and asked why I needed it and she had the nurse on call me back at 4:51p and the nurse started the conversation with "So I heard you were frustrated about your appointment ".
