My mother and brother have been coming here for years and today was the first time I met the "office manager" who supposedly has been working here for 6 months. She is the utmost rude person in the office hands down. Dr. Merola is the sweetest doctor around and has the best bedside manner. He ACTUALLY cares. He, however, is never on time. Leo made me never want to go to the doctor and invalidated my needs because I was overweight. Listen dude I get it, I’m constantly trying but apparently that means I shouldn’t get good options for treatment when I’m in pain. I randomly set up an appointment with someone in Allston and it was night and day. Leave Leo and don’t let him fat shame you or say he can’t get a medication. My new doctor in the same company was able to get all my meds and testing without question.
Avoid this dump. Took 2 months for them to call back with results of basic lab work. Portal did not work. Receptionists were not friendly at all.
