Terrible service. Front desk is not nice, cancel your appointments without giving you a heads up , nurses don’t know what they’re doing and the doctor is never even in the location
I've always been seen quickly when needed.
I called the doctor office to request an additional blood work then they said I to speak to the doctor first, and I said if I am going for a blood work why could just add an additional test, I can't see any problem with that
This place is scheduling appointments 6 months out. I called in September to make an appointment and they were booking in February, fine it’s not urgent but something I do need to get done, well they called 4 weeks b4 my appointment to cancel it after waiting 5 months and tried to reschedule for OCTOBER! If they practice medicine like they do the scheduling No Thanks.
Your doctor will likely "call out" the day of your scheduled appointment (yes - the one you waited months for AND/OR had to change your work schedule for) If not the day of, you may get a courtesy call a few days prior to reschedule your appointment because the provider scheduled a last minute vacation so can't be in that day. (:
