Two doctors from UMass passed on me and my prior surgeon moved to CT. I have a very complex situation that requires facial reconstruction. The doctor was going to write me a referral to a colleague in Boston for a difficult procedure. I called a month later, was supposed to hear from the doctor, crickets. I was referred to this location to see a specialist, and I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I left two voicemails requesting a call back, and after several hours, I finally received a call from someone named Marianne. Unfortunately, she was very rude and aggressive throughout the conversation. Nasal breathing significantly worse after surgery with no real safe option to fix. Proceed with caution. Met with a different ENT at Emerson and he mentioned encountering many patients who were adversely impacted by this facility.
