I was referred to this location to see a specialist, and I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I left two voicemails requesting a call back, and after several hours, I finally received a call from someone named Marianne. Unfortunately, she was very rude and aggressive throughout the conversation. Nasal breathing significantly worse after surgery with no real safe option to fix. Proceed with caution. Met with a different ENT at Emerson and he mentioned encountering many patients who were adversely impacted by this facility.
Dr. Michael Schlewet is very nice , very thorough and knowledgeable . He made me feel safe and hopeful.
Dr. Gulleth is is great doctor. He is thorough, highly skilled, and has an excellent bedside manner.
