The provider was very nice, but the office over all was pretty unhelpful. I was supposed to have a birth control implant removed during my annual and they called me the day before to let me know the doctor wouldn't be in. I kept the appointment as it's difficult to get time off and I had already requested that day. When I got there the receptionist was rude and didn't even acknowledge me until I asked if I was supposed to check in with her. I still haven't rescheduled to have the implant removed. My daughter had a post-partum appointment which included screening for post partum depression and was turned away because she had her newborn daughter with her! They asked do you have anyone with you? (NO). No one in the car that can watch the baby? (NO).What kind of OB office turns a mother and baby away? They should be ashamed of themselves. What if she was a single parent with no family? Is this legal????
I liked this place until the 2nd of the 2 NPs I've seen left the practice. Now they tell me there is NO ONE that does appts after something like 3pm..at ANY location. Sorry, not taking that much time off work for annual exams. So I chose to leave to find someone more available. I requested my records to be sent and they want to charge me! I dont even have anything fancy to send...just regular test results. I find this unacceptable seeing as how THEY are the reason I have to switch Drs. Who ever heard of ZERO evening hours!?
