One of the lady who pick up the phone was so rude to my husband when he was asking if they were taking new patients. If this lady is still going to be working there then be nice to people who are calling if not find another job!!

We started coming here as others in our family seemed happy here. It was ok at first, but I never felt we got the same level of care as my old Dr who moved. I tried to go back but she was retiring, I would have driven to the moon if I could have gone back. Violetta was always a bit aloof and dismissive of concerns from day one. All she wants to do is refer you to other doctors for things my old doctor would handle. I had an absolute nightmare visit dealing with her staff.
