In May 2022 I scheduled a colonoscopy for May 2, 2023 through Steward Medical Group Gastroenterology at Southern N E Surgery Ctr. When I called SNE on April 11, 2023 with questions, I was informed that my doctor had left SMG, I was no longer on the schedule and to call SMG Gastroenterology. I was then informed by SMG Gastroenterology's answering svce that no scheduling was being done. I received no notice of this cancellation, "ghosted". If possible, 0 stars
Place is a SCAM! If you are looking to get misdiagnosed and have your records held from you after a procedure because they 'cant find them'...this place if for you!! Horrible. Highly recommend Brigham over this place.
