Amazing customer service and got the job done quick and right! It was my first time there but won’t be my last. They swapped out some tires for my Grand Cherokee not a big job for them but a big job for me thanks so much!
Smetzer's: Went in for an alignment, went out with an alignment 40 minutes later. Staff communicated clearly and quickly. Mechanics did the work right, in good time, and gave me a chart showing what they did. Price was 113$, 40 less than Firestone's. Never use Firestone, they didn't do any work, made me wait 7 hours, and charged me 45$ more than Smetzer's.
They're really nice, I had to get a front end alignment on my vehicle. They gave me a computer readout with what my alignment was originally and after the alignment. They do more than tires, do I will be back for an oil change.
Great place awesome prices and the people are awesome. And still the best place in Mount Vernon Ohio
