Only good things to say about my experiences with Smetzer's. I have been in there three times in the last couple months, and they are always fast, fair and professional.
I was traveling from Canada to Louisville and had problems with a front left tire. It was loosing about 10# of air pressure a day. Fortunately I rolled into Smetzer's in Wooster and Buddy at the reception said they could look at it right away. I was blown away as I was already turned down by another shop. Smetzer's got me right in and even showed me literally a sliver of steel that was causing my leek.
