Does not return phone calls, over weeks, when one leaves a message. Does not call you back, even when they do answer & they say they will call you back. They dont. Poor record keeping. Poor phone service. Poor counter service. Pushes Vaccines & Prescriptions.
I have been a patient at this facility for many years. For close to 20 years, my PCP was Bonnie Scanlan and I loved her! When she announced her retirement at the beginning of the year, I was rather sad and a bit worried about who would replace her. However, I need not have worried. Her replacement exceeded my highest expectations. Filane Crumrine is very knowledgeable, patient centered, and extremely kind! I love this office; thank you for all you have done for me! ❤
