I just happen to find Smeltzer lawn care on Facebook in the middle of a snowstorm. I sent Pam Smeltzer a message asking her if she could plow a driveway at a house I have for sale. this was last minute and she told me she could be here the next morning. Well with it being Facebook, I wasn’t sure anyone was coming. Well here she was at exactly the time she said she would be here plowing my driveway. My area had a fierce snowstorm, and least to say, I was stuck in my house. After several attempts to find someone to plow out my driveway, Pam, from Smeltzer Lawn Care LLC, came through for me. I did not have cash on me & Pam was willing to follow me to a local store, so I could give her the payment. The cost was quoted extremely reasonable. So much so, that I added a tip to it. I hired this company for routine lawn care and ultimately had to let them go due to multiple ongoing issues. There were several weeks they simply never showed up — with zero communication or explanation. On one occasion, a small gate from our puppy’s play yard had fallen over near the back porch, and instead of taking the minimal effort to move it and mow the area, they left it — resulting in a patch of overgrown grass after already having skipped the previous week. Josh does a great job keeping our lawn looking wonderful. We also have him plow our driveway in the winter.He is very reliable.
