Dr Smeltzer has always gone above and beyond for our daughter.
My child doesn’t get to be a casualty of an “off day” for Dr. Smeltzer. You need to spend more than 5 minutes with an extremely ill, and progressively worse patient. If you don’t have time, don’t book that many appointments. If you don’t take the time there is more than your dollars at risk - my son’s life was at risk, and you sent us home. Dr. Smeltzer is the best. He takes very good care of my boys. I never feel rushed and he always takes the time to answer any and all questions or concerns I have. His nurses and the staff at OHPA are all excellent.
