I hired this cleaning service expecting a professional experience, but it was a total disappointment from start to finish. Not only was the cleaning subpar (if anything was cleaned at all), but I later learned they don't even pay their employees fairly—or sometimes at all. SCAM. I purchased a 4 hour cleaning package with this company via Groupon. After they "same day cancelled" at least 5 times, they sent one person out. The person used horribly strong bleach on my floor and accidentally knocked over her bucket. She said she was unable to do any other cleaning such as windows, dusting, wiping the mirrors, cleaning the bathtub, or wiping down the fridge. Don't use they cleaning services or work for them I was an employee and she still haven't paid me it's been 3 weeks. Then she blocked me and fired her supervisor for asking about my pay
Did a great job and made sure everything was done to my liking. Even sent someone back out when a few items weren’t. Highly recommend! Stacey was my cleaner.
