Dr Roger's is a very smart, concerned and patient woman. Before she got there I was on the wrong meds and I have nothing but very good things to say about them. I feel safe and informed. She wants me to focus on diet and exercise rather than putting me on a drug. I love that!! She makes sure im ok and responds to my text right away. I recommend anyone going there. Especially LGBT folks. Your safe there. They listen and are just doing what they have to. Keep your appointments and be on time. Smooth sailing
The people there are nice enough and it was the first place I had found in years where I felt I was getting the help that I was looking for. Unfortunately, my therapist is leaving the practice, and I likely will too, as I have been trying for months to get an appointment with Jaime, but every time I'm told there's only one person in the office who is able to book me in the new system for whatever reason and that she will call me, but she never does. Very disappointed. I've been going to SMEG for several years with my daughter and myself seeing a couple of the therapists. It was something I've really needed recently as I've been struggling severely with stress, anxiety and depression. I had to cancel an apt two weeks ago the day of because of a migraine the day prior to the appointment and the day of the appointment the migraine returned. Natalie Woodard does not follow up with her patients. Her staff tells us on the phone that she doesn’t have time to call her patients because she is busy. (She doesn’t even work on Friday). This call we requested was due to an adverse reaction to a medication she prescribed. No wonder she’s only a PA.
I highly recommend True North! (SMEG). I did TMS for my anxiety/depression. It really helped me! I could go on about how much TMS changed my life. I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Rogers and the staff for making my experience so great!
