Dr. Michelle Smedley denied a necessary medication refill, which I've been on for 45 years, without informing me. I was told by her assistant, that refilling this prescription has become too difficult, burdensome and inconvenient to refill it any further. I was limited to speaking with her assistant and it became clear that Dr. Michelle Smedley puts her paycheck first without considering her patient's needs. I had routine Colonoscopy done by Dr. Smedley. Her team was so professional and kind. Dr. Smedley put me at ease [she has an excellent sense of humour!] Before I even knew it, it was over, I felt great and went home.
She’s the best and her Team toooo! Tina at her office is so kind and wonderful. Thank you all for the excellent care!
She is very knowledgeable and very involved in UC related organisations. She listens and has always advised me on the best treatment available. Her staff is very helpful and has always been right on top of navigating the often difficult insurance issues.
She is an awesome doctor. She's willing to listen and work with you by discussing options and really caring what you think. She doesn't say this is what you have and this is what I am giving you . There really should be more doctors like her.
