Refuses to honour warranty - spent 3 months trying to chase them until incorrect parts were sent which don't even fit - then they started ignoring emails. Hide behind their supplier and never get a persons name in their responses - just anonymous agents. Now seeking legal options to get the money back in buying and installing replacement. I would avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.
Around November last year, Wait over 4 weeks to get delivered on site, delayed my project. Finally unwrapped and found mirror cracked due to careless packaging (no foams to protect at all). Raised the issue several times , phones and emails , never gets any update. Won’t Not use this supplier again despite bought a lot of goods from them in the past .
