We recently renovated our ensuite. Buying our bathroom fixtures from Smeaton Bathrooms made the whole process easy. A big thank you to Harris, he always returned our calls and when I realised I had ordered the wrong size vanity it wasn't a problem. He kept us informed of the deliveries and the prices and quality of the items were excellent. I would definitely recommend Smeaton Bathrooms if you are looking for great customer service, good prices and great quality.
I love the items purchased for a great price
First they said they'd bring in a tile sample and never did, that should've been a sign. I Bought a shower from them and they told me 1 week delivery. When I asked for a follow up they said they will deliver a week and a half after order was placed. When I asked for specs for my shower they declined to respond until they told me the shower would arrive the following day however it's been 2 days since and it hasn't arrived. When I've emailed and called but they declined to call back
Excellent service received and very happy with quality of the product. Will buy again from Smeaton.
