Excellent quality product and delivered on time. I’m not too happy with the material used for packaging the item and the lack of information regarding when it will be delivered. I also wasn’t happy with the fact that staff didn’t respond to my email regarding its estimated delivery date. Communication is very poor, but the product is great and delivery ended up being quite fast.
I purchased a vanity, bath and tap ware from Smeaton Bathrooms and I’m more than happy with their products. Joanna helped me through the process of purchasing everything I needed and made sure I was happy with my choices.
